Virtual Planning & Consultation (Complimentary)

• Duration: 10-15 minutes

• What it includes:

  • Discuss your needs and target audience (e.g., personal, celebratory, professional, business entrepreneurial, editorial, agency submissions, freelance, etc.). PLEASE BRING VISUAL EXAMPLES or LINKS

  • 1-2 look review to maximize the short shoot

  • Review general posing tips in advance to save time during the session.

  • Review a few mood board for inspiration/posing

Photoshoot (45–60 minutes)

• What it includes:

  • Location: Outdoor with natural lighting or indoor light setup

  • Personalized pose coaching on set

  • Capture the essentials:

    • Headshot: Close-up with strong eye contact.

    • Full-body shot: Front-facing and relaxed.

    • Action/lifestyle pose: A walking shot or other dynamic movement to show versatility.

  • 1-2 outfit changes for variety (30 minutes per look including quick change)

• Morning Shoot Hours (6am-8am)

  • Blue Hour: Approximately 6:12 AM to 6:53 AM

  • Golden Hour: Approximately 6:53 AM to 7:53 AM

• Evening Shoot Hours (5pm-7pm)

  • Golden Hour: Approximately 5:26 PM to 6:07 PM

  • Blue Hour: Approximately 6:07 PM to 6:47 PM

Final Deliverables

• What it includes:

  • Online Image Review Link (provided within 24-48 hours)

  • Pick Your Favorite 3 (Headshot, Full-body, Action/lifestyle)

  • Final downloadable images provided via dropbox link (provided within 2-5 business days)

Total Time

• Shoot: 55-75 min (excluding travel and set up)

• Photo Review: 24-48 hours

• Editing & Final Polished Shots: 3 high-resolution images provided in 2-5 business days

$50 deposit due 24 hours prior to shoot (Send Deposit and Secure Date)
